Combine all the ingredients together and whisk well.
Place in a round microwavable container, lined with kitchen towel (to stop the cake sticking).
Cook for 7-8mins on high in a microwave.
Ice with your favourite icing.
To make the icing, simply beat together the ingredients until smooth. Ice your chocolate cake once cooled. Decorate with chocolate buttons, chocolate chips, mini rolo or marshmallows or sprinkles.
