Cheese Chive Mayo Dip

Ingredients

  • 100 ml low fat mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 75 g Cathedral City Mature Lighter
  • grated
  • 2 spring onions finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped

Instructions

  • Spoon the mayonnaise and yogurt into a dish. Add the cheese, spring onion and chives and mix well.
  • Serve with a selection of vegetables.

Notes

If you don’t have chives to hand, then finely chop a red onion. To take this in a packed lunch or picnic, simply spoon the dip into an airtight container and store in the fridge overnight.
