- Combine all the ingredients together and whisk well. 
- Place in a round microwavable container, lined with kitchen towel (to stop the cake sticking). 
- Cook for 7-8mins on high in a microwave. 
- Ice with your favourite icing. 
- To make the icing, simply beat together the ingredients until smooth. Ice your chocolate cake once cooled. Decorate with chocolate buttons, chocolate chips, mini rolo or marshmallows or sprinkles.
