Healthy Lunchbox Meal Planner for the Week

Are you  you struggling to create healthy lunch boxes? Read on and grab a week long healthy lunchbox meal planner. Top UK Nutritionist, Fiona Hunter has put together this meal planner, so at a glance, you can see some ideas of what needs to go in the lunch each day to make it as healthy as possible. Simply print off and stick to your fridge for easy reference!

MONDAY

 

 

 

 

 

 

Chicken, red pepper, sweetcorn & pasta salad.

Made with diced cooked chicken breast mixed diced red pepper, sweetcorn and mayonnaise

 

Chicken in the salad and yoghurt.

 

Sweetcorn & pepper in the salad

 

Small bunch of grapes

 

1 pot fruit yoghurt

 

Bottle of water

 

1 pack of Nairn’s cheese oat bakes

TUESDAY

 

 

 

 

 

 

Egg and cress sandwich.


 

Eggs

 

4 cherry tomatoes

 

2 plums

 

1 small pot of fromage frais

 

Bottle of water

 

Pot of sugar free jelly.

WEDNESDAY

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tuna and red kidney beans in wholemeal Pitta.

 

Mix canned tuna with 1 tbsp of chopped canned red kidney beans with mayonnaise.

Cheese

 

Carrot sticks

Red kidney beans

 

Small banana

 

Dried fruit

 

1 Baby Bel cheese

 

Bottle of water

 

Small bag of dried fruit

THURSDAY

 

 

 

 

 

 

Couscous salad with chicken, dried apricots and cherry tomatoes

 

Chicken, yogurt

 

 

cherry tomatoes. apricots

 

Satsuma

 

 

Pot of fruit yogurt

 

Bottle of water

 

2 slices of malt loaf

FRIDAY

 

 

 

 

 

 

Slice of pea and ham frittata with a few cherry tomatoes and carrot sticks

Eggs

 

Cherry tomatoes

Peas

Carrot sticks

 

Small pot custard

 

 

Bottle of water

 

Snack pack of Nairn’s fruit oat biscuits
