Paw Patrol DVD “Pups and the Pirate Treasure” on Review

March 13, 2016 by caroline Leave a Comment

Today we’re reviewing something to keep the kids entertained.  It’s a brand new Paw Patrol DVD entitled “Pups and the Pirate Treasure” that’s being released in the UK on 14 March 2016, just in time for Easter.

Luckily this DVD arrived in perfect time for when I was just about to babysit my little one year old nephew T and 4 year old niece D.  Now my niece and nephew totally love Paw Patrol anyway, so they couldn’t believe it when I turned up with a brand new DVD!

Paw Patrol “Pirate Treasure” was the first track.  They’d seen this before on Sky apparently, but sat as still as anything, totally lapping up every moment!  Phew! Enough time to enjoy a quick cuppa!

Even one year old T sat transfixed, pointing at the screen “Ga! Ga!” he said!

Next up it was the “Ghost Pirate”, an episode that 4 year old D told me, she’d never seen before. She does like to keep me informed! A great one for Halloween she said!

The DVD is 89 minutes in total, so for sure will keep them amused and entertained both at home or on a journey. And with an RRP of £9.99, I’m inclined to think maybe it’s worth that silence for a while in the car on a long journey. (It’s so easy to forget how full on it is with little people!)  There are 6 Paw Patrol adventures on the DVD, which make up the 89 minute running time:

  1. Pirate Treasure
  2. Ghost Pirate
  3. Save the Bay
  4. Save a Goodway
  5. Pool Day
  6. Circus Pup

This could make a great gift for Easter if your little people love Paw Patrol, and if you or the grandparents are wanting to stay away from giving them too much chocolate!

I think what’s great about Paw Patrol, is there is something for both boys and girls. Skye is a pink dog, which goes down well with D, who just loves everything pink! Then for all Paw Patrol fans, they’re always keen to save the day!

If you’re wanting some healthier Easter treats and some fun food art ideas for Easter, do be sure to check back on the blog in the next few weeks as we’ve lots of tasty Easter treats coming for you all to share!
