Philadelphia Salad Pitta is a quick and easy lunch box idea that can be made in literally moments. Well, ok 5 minutes then. I love it, as I love Philadelphia, but I also love the added bonus of the special crunch you get from the fresh yellow or red pepper and the fact it’s all wrapped up in a warmed pitta. Who said sandwiches had to be boring? Not me!
