Lunchbox and Picnic Ideas this Easter!

Here’s our favourite treats for this Easter, whether you venture out on a mini-picnic, picnic in the garden or just save them as a treat for after lunch!

459With the amazing weather we’re having, our thoughts all turn to nature, the outdoors, picnics and lunch boxes. This could be a great Easter for mini-picnics on days out. But rain or shine, no matter, here’s our round -up of our favourite treats:

Duchy Original Organic Hot Cross Buns – read more here – delicious toasted, buttered and munched whilst still warm!

Easter Biscuits – quick and easy to make, and just melt in the mouth, full details in recipe section

Easter Bunny – see photo right, if you feel like making this for a nephew/niece or fancy doing this if you’ve kids, it’s a fun activity for the Easter hols, full details in recipe section

Little Sheep – these are just sooo cute, and fun to make too. This display won’t hang around for long though! Full details in recipe section

All these ideas could double up as Easter holiday activities if you’ve got kids or will be entertaining younger cousins, nephews, nieces! You could even pop them in a box or jar, lined with tissue paper, tie with ribbon and give as an Easter gift! Enjoy!
