Lunch Box Idea 22 – Italian Four Cheese Panini

Today we are up to lunch box idea 22 and it is the start of National Vegetarian Week. So what better way to kick off the week, than with a delicious panini option for your lunch box, made with four cheeses.

ITALIAN FOUR CHEESE PANINI WITH BASIL AND TOMATO

Italian Four Cheese Panini – the perfect vegetarian option for every lunch occasion!

To make, you will need the following ingredients:

  • 1 slice each Pilgrims Choice Extra Mature Cheddar, gorgonzola, mozzarella and parmesan
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 4 basil leaves, picked

Method:

Lay the slices of tomato over the base of the Panini and top with the cheese and basil leaves. Toast in a Panini press or under grill for 2 minutes until the cheese has melted

Serve…

Yes, that’s it! Lunch box idea 22. It’s that quick and that simple!

So why not pop some panini’s in your shopping basket, along with the cheeses, tomatoes and basil, ready for your lunch tomorrow!
